Velvet Glove Strain Flower Review 2021
MUV aka, Alt-Med, was recently approved by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU), to sell smokable flower such as their famous Velvet Glove Indica strain, which we detail in this article.
We were lucky to catch the MUV dispensary with a fresh batch of smokable flower in stock. The demand for it has been extremely high and the supply just hasn't caught up yet.
Since we've tried ordering flower from MUV a couple of times before without being able to get flower, we tried calling the main number and speaking with a MUV rep.
That was great because she informed us that MUV in Wellington, our local dispensary, just re-stocked several smokable flower strains. "Of which, the Velvet Glove Indica strain was insane"
The Wellington MUV dispensary was terrific and quickly had our pre-ordered flower ready when we arrived in person. It was a fast transaction too because, in our experience, most of the dispensaries take at least 45 minutes to get your medicine to you. MUV had us in and out, within 15 minutes, which was impressive to say the least.
The best strain in the batch was definitely the Velvet Glove Indica dominant flower. It's a cross between GMO Cookies and Nookies. This marijuana strain contains really high THC content, of around 22%. Plus, Velvet Glove is an Indica dominant Hybrid, so it has many medical applications as well.

The buds are dense and completely covered in a thin layer of trichomes. You can easily see the ripe, red hairs and a deep purple color through the bud. This is one of those marijuana strains that will impress you at the first glance and, continue to please all of your senses from there.
Velvet Glove strain smells surprisingly fruity with a diesel finish and impressive expanding qualities once in the lungs. The taste of blueberry, fruitiness seems to permeate through all of your senses.
You will find that the uplifting euphoric effects begin almost instantly, and provide a sense of well-being and happiness.
Where Are MUV Dispensary Locations in Florida?
Gov. Ron Desantis recently expanding the number of Florida dispensary licenses from, 14 to 22, which had a huge impact on the number of physical dispensary locations, that are now open and serving patients.
Under current FL MMJ laws, state-approved Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MMTC), may have up to 28 physical locations each, throughout the sunshine state.
To date, there are 6 MUV dispensaries open for business and more planning to open in 2019 - 2020.
